Our Veterinarians

 Dr. Helena Dean

Dr. Dean graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in Guelph in 1989. She then entered private practice in the King area and provided veterinary care to horses and small animals primarily in a mobile capacity. Dr. Dean also worked in varying small animal hospitals in the GTA as a locum until 2004. In 2004 Dr. Dean opened Dean Veterinary Hospital and still provided mobile veterinary care to both horses and small animals. Currently Dr. Dean is focusing primarily on small animals including pocket pets. Dr. Dean's own pets include Licorice (a brown tabby cat), Sparticus (the new family whippet), & her daughter Sophie's pony Obie. Both Dr. Dean and Sophie enjoy riding horses in their spare time.
